ESOGETICS
Formulated to describe the esoteric (ordinarily unseen part of our lives) together with energetics (how we ordinarily experience our lives) ESOGETICS is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing developed by Peter Mandel, Germany. Since the 1960's Esogetics has inspired a wealth of insight into the understanding and approach to physical, emotional and mental issues presenting us.

COLOUR LIGHT COLORPUNCTURE
Using the informative and energetic nature of coloured light in its most purest forms available on reflex and acupuncture zones, over 200 systems of treatments have been developed to encourage relaxation, strength and clarity. Light enters the body through the skin and the meridian pathways throughout the body. The colour frequencies can harmonise different areas and functions of the body supporting its natural regulatory potential down to the cellular level. Non-invasive : No needles required! CRANIOSACRAL BODYWORK
Developed originally by William Sutherland and John Upledger, this system of bodywork is based upon harmonising the natural expansion and contraction phases of the body expressed primarily through the fluids bathing our central nervous system. By listening and gently following into the rhythms, areas of restriction are discovered and encouraged to let go. Cranio-sacral treatments are available for babies, children and grown-ups.
SYSTEMATIC KINESIOLOGY
Developed originally by George Goodheart, SYSTEMATIC KINESIOLOGY evaluates and addresses the ability of the body to respond to gentle muscle tests. Each muscle is related to an organ, and also to an energy pathway called a meridian. Together the muscle, organ and meridian form a circuit. If there are chemical, emotional, structural or energetic stresses affecting the circuit, the muscle tested will feel 'spongy', indicating an imbalance. This bio-feedback system can be tested with treatments that may include nutritional evaluation especially in the case of sensitivities, various emotional stress release techniques, flower essences, acupressure, gentle non-manipulative structural realignment, chakra balancing, light touch, firm reflex massage and more. The exact treatment you receive depends on the feedback your body gives through the muscle test about what it needs to return to health.
REIKI
Reiki treatments are a non-manipulative source of inviting Intelligent Universal Energy into our beings. Reiki has it's roots in Tibetan Buddhism and is also regarded as 'prana' or 'chi'. Energy channels naturally into those areas that require primary attention. Reiki facilitates attuning us to the reality underlying our presenting circumstances. It can bring relaxation and space for intuition and insight. Reiki can promote inclusivity and remembrance of our intrinsic selves and dissolving isolating feelings of separation, layering many issues. Reiki potentially brings a wealth of presence often much needed in our current lives.
