COURSES
EXPLORATION FOR BEGINNERS
We start our work by exploring meditation. Through participation in structured meditations by Osho and other guided meditations, we allow ourselves the opportunity to become disengaged from the automatic compelling side of our lives. We invite space for gentle contemplation with the unknown and our often resistance to allowing ourselves just to be, ...present.
This work is 'pre-essential' to deeper understanding and appreciation of our lives. Through regular practice of relaxed presence without fixed expectations we gather strength in embracing all that we are, our true selves.
We gather simple insights into navigating the unfamiliar and re-negotiating limiting structures and resistance's holding us from our sense of human-ness.
Invariably, this inclusiveness also leads to an appreciation and compassion for others and permission to be with what 'is', our readiness and willingness to start immersing deeper into the lightness of our being.
The meditation course includes use of sound, movement, breath and above all ....relaxation. Suitable for all those who would like to learn tools of meditation for wellbeing in a relaxed informal atmosphere :

INQUIRY AND GUIDANCE
The process of inquiry is as much an art as it is a science or religious quest.
Humankind has endeavoured to understand him or herself since before the great philosophers such as Socrates. Expounded more recently by those such as Maharshi, Krishnamurti, Osho and Almaas and Faisal, the process of inquiry is not limited to those labelled great 'thinkers' of history or of our times. Yet its simplicity is available to all who search for truth.
Willingness is one of the 'pre-essentials' for the work we explore. Inquiry assists us through meditation, dialogue or verse to unveil, with openness, deeper truths of ourselves. These are neither belief systems nor second-hand 'borrowed knowledge from our natural conditionings and methods of coping that have served us to survive in the world.
Inquiry potentially allows us to discard what is false in ourselves and embrace what is ontologically real. In this work we begin to encounter and appreciate the useful functions of the Ego and Superego and their limitations when we search deeper into our nature. We may rekindle the light of inner guidance.
" inquiri - begins with "i", ends with "i" and has an "i" somewhere in between, yet there is also the wondering "i" reading this.... Who is this "i"? "
Through light exercises, sharing and a new poetry we steer lightly, with honesty and sincerity and often with humour and grace, in presence.
With natural intelligence we explore our essence with inquiry and how our lives express in a meaningful way.

SELF EXPLORATION
We visit the dynamism and gentleness of ourselves. Through spontaneity, play, improvisation and awareness we explore our natural inner and outer movement with guided meditations, curiosity, inquiry, movement and dance with non-judgment.
The process we can call 'recognosis'. We explore our space with this inner and outer expression of the eternal dance of our lives.
We embark on the journey of stillness of being in the world, yet not of it, and our capacity for joy that underlies all expressions of life.
As we become more aware of our nature and are able to connect with its ever changing expression, we can embrace the flow from one moment to the next. This moment in continuum. Ourselves as the watcher and participator.

COMMUNICATION AND CLARITY
Bringing the light of awareness to our journey of self-discovery we introduce the ideas of the enneagram in a meaningful way into our work.
The enneagram, brought more publicly to the West by Gurdjieff, Ichazo and Naranjo is a fascinating tool for appreciating ourselves and our often dilemmas of daily life.
We explore the layers of personality with its structures and fixations that provide helpful insights to patterns of our lives. With acceptance and trust we can embrace forgotten parts of ourselves, feeling more wholesome and integrated with expanded awareness.
This work extends more integrity with our daily lives whether socially, professionally or at home. We potentially instinctively and intuitively meet the world with a new relationship of virtue, expressed authentically, naturally co-creating and co-operating.
In these meetings we begin to explore more deeply our essence becoming available and the various aspects of essence alive and expressing itself. We further appreciate our 'Yes' to reality and the doors open.
